Refund policy

Important: The customer is responsible for checking all the details of each item and get back to us if any problem exists on the same day of order receipt.


“Free exchange” or “Full refund return” requests are within the same day of receiving the product and will be processed only if:

  • The product is damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The product is different from what was ordered. (for some items color can’t be chosen and we deliver the available)

 

The company has the full right to change the “exchange” request to “return and refund”.

Refund will be processed only after receiving and checking the product by the company unless we request you to dispose of it by yourself.

Some items require batteries to work, so try to install new batteries before considering the product defective.
